1999--TrimFast Group, Inc. (OTC BB:TRIM) announced
today the completion of their newest product line, the WCW/NWO Ultra Energy Bars. TrimFast
has entered into a letter of intent with Leisure Concepts, the licensing group for WCW Wrestling.
WCW/NWO is backed by Turner Broadcasting and Time Warner, Inc., (NYSE:TWX - news)
the two most influential and powerful names in entertainment. TrimFast Group, Inc. and Leisure
Concepts are expected to complete the definitive agreement by July 1, 1999.
The new WCW/NWO Ultra Energy Bars may feature some of today's hottest wrestling stars like
''Hollywood'' Hulk Hogan, Bill Goldberg, ''Nature Boy'' Rick Flair and many more. WCW
Wrestling reaches 33 million viewers per week and is the top rated basic cable program in its time
slot.
The WCW/NWO Ultra Energy Bars will be the first of its kind and is anticipated to increase
TrimFast Group, Inc. revenues approximately 22% by the fourth quarter of 1999.
