I think the perception that mass deployment is some ways off is what has our stock in a holding pattern. People figure that Wave's stock isn't going anywhere without major OEM news. These investors feel Wave has a significant amount of "timing risk." They think invest too soon and your money is dead in the water. If concrete news on deployment is released then they think the risk of missing a few points on the gap up is worth the reward of having their money invested in stocks with more upside potential at the present time. I fully expect that with deployment on a tangible scale we will witness a large influx of money. Let us not though mistake lack information on deployment with a lack of market opportunity for Wave. Let us also not mistake a lack of trading volume with a lack of interest in Wave's prospects. What people expected with Nasdaq listing was increased volume which would have made the risk of missing a quick move up much higher and therefore people would be inclined to buy under the presumption if they didn't they would miss the boat. This would have given us significant price appreciation and attracted new investors interested in the activity surrounding our stock. The slow drift downward has been evidence of investors slowly realizing that the DD around this company has been thorough and they therefore feel comfortable with their ability to correctly time their re-entry. To that end, I would suggest that what we do NOT have is hype surrounding this stock. Hype exists only in a vacuum of knowledge. If we wanted artificial price appreciation we would do less due diligence. The community surrounding this company is diverse, intelligent, and motivated. In other words, we are victims of our ability to efficiently disseminate and analyze information on Wave. Those who publicly contribute to the body of knowledge are uncomfortable because we have in essence made comfortable a large body of investors with what is needed for success and significant price appreciation. Do not fret. We will be rewarded handsomely soon enough for our dedication and unselfishness.

Regards,

Sophie
