Here are my guesses:

1) It is an internet stock, where valuations don't matter. Investors just go by the price of stock.

2) They got a big allotment.

3) Going by past history of past big name internet IPO's where the price double to triples on the first day of trading.

4) Good brand name lots of retail traders will be interested in this one.

That being said, I subscribed for my full allotment. Even though I don't think it is that great of deal, the history of internet IPO's to too much to pass by.
