The way to prove the assets has to be through qualified experts.

In a court case it's quite normal for each side to produce an expert witness to support their claim. Just because these experts are saying contradictory things doesn't mean they are biased by the fact they're being paid, it means there is enough room for both points of view.

Put it this way: if you were negotiating with MDHM, would you use the House report as a negotiating point, or would you hire the most pessimistic SOB you could find and send him down there for a look-see? Just because he comes back with different numbers and interpretations, does it mean one or the other is lying or biased? No.

Or one last way: Mr. House wouldn't have been hired by MDHM if MDHM wasn't reasonably certain he would be excited by what he found down there.
