convert, why at 130 or 140?

My impression is most of the bonds were converted in the run-up last April. I think that is one of the reasons why amzn shares have not rebounded much. That and the discomfort of analysts with the expected losses. The reason I think the share recovery will be delayed is that the warehouses will not be ready for several months, and the demand for that capacity will also be delayed for months. So I don't expect a big rebound very soon.

By the way, just this sort of over-thinking saved me from buying amzn in the 130's when it seemed to stabilize and reverse upward. Still, if the momentum guys get a hold of it, no telling how high, how fast.
