Quote feed is being worked on right now along with many other upgrades. They up-load multiple changes at one time. I would assume that would reduce the downtime on the site.

However, you CAN get the QUOTE feed to work by clicking on the "GET QUOTE" button rather than just hitting the "enter" key. But they ARE working on that to correct it so it works both ways.
