OK let me ask you a question.... I'm sure you are aware there is a huge gender gap on this issue. Lets say I said to you, since a man's sex organs give life, that means society must protect them. During the period when men are most sexually active, say 19 - 24, any man that injures or destroys his penis in any way will be hospitalized for a year, and he will be required to check in to a physician for a checkup every 3 mos following the incident for another 10 years. If a man has a job and say, injures his penis in a football game (which of course should NEVER happen because he should take responsibility for his body and any misuse should be severely punished), but anyway, he needn't worry about his job because we will pass legislation such that no man can be fired for having to enter the hospital for a year during this "rehabilitation" period. So, nothing is lost here you see, laws will protect your job (unless of course you at age 24 have any interest of climbing the corporate ladder at which point you are SOL - but anyway thats unimportant compared to the health of a man's penis isn't it).

In this way society is actually "honoring" the men, by holding their contribution to the growth of the population in highest esteem.

How does this sound to you?
