TO ALL

There is a new biz which will compete with EXDS and will go public around October 1999 time frame thru Jeffries.

My Question:

1 WILL IT AFFECT THE PRICE OF EXDS when the ipo is announced.
2. Is it possible for them to steal biz from EXDS at least in their own backyard here in Southern California.
