You would be right if management's first responsibility was to keep shareholders happy. BTIM is a small company and from what I can tell they spend their time doing other things. Sorry you are not happy with their management from a PR perspective but from a pure performance viewpoint they appear to have accomplished everything they set out to do and in the timetable they projected.
