Well, anyway I feel sorry for the people that bought into NPEC in the high 30's yesterday, but these things happen and it sounds like NPEC has some long term opportunities.

However, I think that the people who stressed that this is a TPII thread are right also and I'm sorry for "detracting" off the real path. I got caught up in some world of trading pennies(the thought of it, not actually doing it). I'm not into the risk anymore and I haven't even lost anything yet....

Anyway, TPII is an exception to my new rule, no more speculative high risk investments. I am going to focus solely on TPII and it's future opportunities.

Everything I know about TPII tells me that this small company with 17 employees has some potential. I think that TPII can make some money this year and that is a great start for establishing their business. I don't expect much from TPII this year, only that they prove they have applications that are in demand. The only way to prove this is by announcing a couple of contracts. I think they will very shortly.

TPII has followed through on everything they have said they we're going to do so far. I know that they are working very hard to make their company work. I anticipate the following :

1) I expect some type of financing announcement in the near future(3mo)
2) I expect 2 contract announcements very short term(ideally by the end of march as stated)
3) I expect the financials of the company to be available by the end of April(though financials are not significant)
4) I expect several more contract announcements from April through August.
5) I expect increased licensing agreements and strategic alliance partners.
6) I expect to see more of a marketing push(trade shows, seminars, etc. - more long term)

As we move through time I will see what has transpired. If these things occur, then I believe we will be looking at a $3-5 stock by the end of 1997.

I know that this could be said for almost any company, but this is what I expect to happen over the next 6 months. It will be interesting to see what actually happens.

TPII is undervalued. TPII is in a large market. TPII is positioned to do well in 1997 and 1998. TPII needs to remain focused and implement their strategies.

As investors, we need to be open to the possibility that TPII may not be able penetrate this competitive market. That TPII may not be able to sign a big deal with the likes of Peugeot and Ralston-Purina. There are risks and I think that if you buy now and hold tight the risks you have taken will be rewarded.

In all, I think it is save to assume that at this time, with all we are assuming TPII is a great buy under a $1.00! Don't worry about getting in at .84 or .81 or .75 unless you are planning on selling at 1.00 and taking a nice profit.

I know that a lot of this is repetitive, but sometimes I just need to get my investing style in perspective.

Matt
