Dany, shareholders only authorized the issuance of up to 500m shares; the actual issuance has not occurred. My read on it is that Russell will use stock in lieu of cash to acquire companies whenever possible. While this may result in earning dilution, if the acquisitions are additive to the bottom line, everyone comes out a winner.
