Chaz too (BTW, what do you really want to be called?), I have been fortunate enough to spend a significant amount of time in this sector and I feel very comfortable with my knowledge of the first team players and the JV squads. Plain and simple, ICG's IPO will be HUGE. That's all I really need to say to sum it up for you. This is the first real Venture Capital Fund that focuses solely on B2B investments, unlike CMGI which focuses on the Business-to-Consumer space, or at least has focused on this up until this time. Conservative estimates suggest that the B2B business space is at least ten times larger than the B2C space. See where I am headed here. My gut feel is that ICG has a very significant portfolio of investments that will soon be going public not coincidentally right after ICG's IPO. The effect of this will be to drive value down the ownership chain, which includes both ICG and SFE. I plan on holding for the long term. Teflon
