I agree with you 100%. Savoka's time has come and gone. It is time to turn the
company over to the capable hands of Mike Rose, not only as CEO, but without any
interference from Savoka. I have also heard the stories of Savoka's alleged
improprieties and lies from people I believe to be reliable, honest and ethical, traits I
believe Savoka does not have. SGII is at the crossroads of its corporate life. We own
the company. We are the shareholders. The company answers to our will and we must
all stand up and say to Savoka "We're mad as hell and we are not going to take it
anymore!" It is time for savoka te come to the realization that it is in the shareholders'
and the company's best interests for him to resign. Enough of your ego Joe. resign or
suffer the embarassment of being the rarity where a director is voted down by
shareholders of a company. To all shareholders, do not throw out the package when
you receive it in the mail as so often we do as shareholders. Exercise your vote and
vote no to Savoka. Vote yes to Rose, Smith amd Miller. Shareholders unite!

I have read it! Reply
