LOCK is an old favorite here on SI that many of us keep shorting every time its pumped up. Please review my comments on the LOCK thread... exchange2000.com exchange2000.com exchange2000.com Plus this post: exchange2000.com There are a lot of other excellent comments on the thread besides these. As far as when to short, I suspect right after the bill is passed. But that's only a guess.
