Unique E-commerce Service Facilitates Online Shopping for Teens

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1999-- iTurf Inc. (Nasdaq:TURF - news), a leading provider of Internet community, content and commerce services for Generation Y, today announced it has entered into a partnership with DoughNET, doughnet.com.

As part of the agreement, iTurf's dELiA*s.cOm, drooog.com and tsisoccer.com e-commerce sites are featured online shopping destinations on DoughNET's website. DoughNET Inc. works with leading retailers, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, and media companies to provide a safe and secure service on the Internet where teens can use money online just as they would in the real world. Parents can set up online accounts for their teens that function as virtual debit cards so that teens without access to a credit card can shop online. In addition, parents can customize DoughNET's site to guide teens through all aspects of managing their money.
