FCLX... Lost: We are getting a new double top breakout to new highs... Previous breakouts resulted in 100% and 50% moves higher... So, being very conservative, I'll cut the next move in half to a 25% move... It could be much better because many cable buildout expenses are already accounted for... As such, a move to the 10.00 area seems reasonable... Jim
