Cobalt,

It just needed to correct 20% of the Wave 1 move, which was from 921 (10/8/98) to 1367 (4/13/99), which was a 446 SPX point move. 89.2 points was all that was actually mandatory, or a move to 1277.8.... Hmmmmm... What was that bottom # from a couple weeks ago? (Who says EW doesn't dictate market moves?)
