I consume a lot of dairy products... mainly various cheeses. I eat eggs mainly as an ingredient in recipes unless they are from my own free range chickens (but don't have any at the moment). I like honey, but don't go out of my way to eat it. I eat a very wide assortment of fruit and vegetables. But I don't eat much grain because of food allergies... As much as possible, I either raise my own food, or buy from local farmers, apiarists, etc... And as you've probably gathered from the "Canoeing" thread, I'm not the "wilting lettuce leaf" type of vegetarian that gives all of us such a wussy reputation...;-}
