Luther,

It looks like someone with a bunch of shares wants top dollar for their shares, and they will progressively move up the ask, as shares sell of at the ask, It the shares sell at the bid, then the heavy player on the ask drops off, until shares start selling at the ask again.

I don't see anything unusual about it. It looks like a good play today.
