DEAR WWWC INVESTORS:
Since my wife and I have not heard one word from either Peter Michaels
or WWWC, and since we both have trusted him and them with the bulk of our life savings, we are feeling very much abandoned about now.
When I was in the airline business, I saw what greed and avarice could do to some unscrupulous CEO's who cared only about themselves. I saw Lorenzo of Continental steal Eastern Airlines' reservation system for no cash money at all. He had Eastern sell the reservation system to Continental for just a note to be paid at some future time. Then I saw him lease it back to Eastern for a phenomenal yearly cash fee. He did this with enough of Eastern's assets that he literally raped the Airline. After he had drained all the cash from it that he could, he then killed it in a bankruptcy. Since Lorenzo controlled both Continental and Eastern, he could do this with impunity. What did he care that 60,000 families' lives were financially ruined?!
After I read the June 14th press release, I got a terrible feeling. The press release says that NWDP has leased Net Pirates to AMC so that they can offer full gaming capability. Wouldn't it be awful if Peter Michaels also owned or controlled AMC as well as NWDP. Could he simply be transferring the assets (which we paid for, and believed that we owned) to his other company ---AMC? This would certainly cut us out of the major profits to which we are entitled.
Since we, the Investors, don't own anything at this point of apparent value, if Peter Michaels chooses to behave as Lorenzo did, WWWC will end up like Eastern Airlines, with all its assets transferred to other entities that Peter either owns or controls.
Fellow Investors, I pray that this awful scenario that I have just outlined is a nightmare from a tortured imagination, brought on by a total lack of communication from either Peter Michaels or a designated representative. What especially frightens me is that just today, another investor contacted me with similar thoughts. Could we both be having the same bad dream?
For years now, my wife and I have chosen to believe Peter and to believe in him. We have supported him fully with our hard-earned retirement money, and have never failed to respond immediately to any request he made of us. We never believed that he would ever intentionally hurt us, or any other investor who put his or her faith and trust in him. We always believed that if he were fair with his Investors he would end up not only incredibly rich, but justifiably honored as well.
We still pray that he will contact us and make everything right for all of us! ----AMEN!
