Bob,

TITT just returned from Kuwait where they and General Dynamics are jointly bidding on a project to reclaim a huge oil-soaked sand formation. If successful, it will result in significant cash-flow and profits for TITT.
In addition to their tire reclamation plants which will be assessed for value sometime in the 3rd quarter, they also have a process for recovering oil from tanker spills. Essentially, their product, as I understand it
uses "styrofoam-like hockey pucs (sic)" which absorb considerable quantities of oil when deposited in the middle of a spill. These can then be harvested much as you would land a net-full of fish. Then the oil can be removed
refined and reprocessed for sale and the foam disks are available for reuse. How much earnings and revenue? Who knows, but there is considerable potential here.

Don't mortgage the house, but, instead of adding a new room, a few shares here might let you move to a more fashionable neighborhood. If wrong, your wife will have to make do with the old kitchen. (And you'll hear about it for
years to come!!).

Regards, Jack
