We all may soon find out if Janice Shell is telling the truth when she states that she is not paid to do this. She has been named as a defendant in the Lawsuit that HITT has brought against her and others. Mr. Pink has also been included as a defendant.
If this actually makes it to court, then the real identity of these people will become public knowledge. I tell you, given some of the people that they must have pissed off (or hurt financially), I would not want to be in their shoes.
I guess they have have pushed the envelope a bit too far.
I will definitely be interested in watching what happens with this court case.
Now on the other hand, it was good to see the SEC crack down on 85 brokers who were pumping up stocks and then selling into the run. I guess the sword does cut both ways.
As my Mother drilled into me as a child. Always tell the truth, because once you start to tell lies or exaggerate your stories, you will have to have a good memory because you you will have to always remember what you said to whom. I guess with these stories, not only do you need a good memory, but you will also need a good lawyer too!
