Vince100,

I've been following Inlet-INS, Bornoe-BNOand Insular-ISX all on Vancouver, for over a year now and hold positions in all of these stocks. They are all being held back by the delay in the COW's as are most other companies with properties in Indonesia. The promoter, management and geologists all have good reputations and they all have good properties. As well, they have good partners in Indonesia and understand how to do business with the Indonesian governement. This is key as we have seen what hapened to Bre-X.

I 've heard that they are waitng to announce news on these companies once the COW's are signed. Once this happens the promotion campaigns will begin. South Pacific tested the waters by releasing results before the COW's were signed and got a pop from it but has settled back. I feel that the strategy to wait is the right one. Nobody wants to draw attention to themselves until everything is in place for fear of being squeezed into forming partnerships without full control. All of these plays have financing in place and monies in reserve for future drill programs.

I hear that the COW's will be signed soon as the Indo gov't is under extreme pressure and with the spring drilling season fast approaching, it is in their best interest to get things done soon. Once this is done and the news is released we'll see alot of activity on BNO ISX and INS as they have a pretty good following and people are hesitant to get in right now. I am looking for $8-$10 on BNO, $3-$4 on INS and $5-$6 on ISX in the short term once the COW's are signed and the news is released. Long term I feel that BNO is the strongest of the three. It already hit $11+ before it fell back last year and I think it could go to $20 if they have what they say.

These are my estimates only based on what I have watched in the past and how I have seen similar stocks perform.
