They may have to delay the introduction of their .18u process in order to keep up with Intel.

I'm confused about the relationship of copper and coppermine. I've seen coppermines in Arizona, and was under the impression that they all produce copper, yet Intel claims that they won't have a copper coppermine until 0.13u. What kind of copperless coppermine does Intel have?

Also, is it possible that Intel will introduce 0.13 before 0.18u?
