I have not seen NAVR trade in such a tight channel in a long time. A tight range is usually a bullish signal especially in anticipation of news Someone is accumulating very carefully without driving the price up, look how it keeps retreating from 9-3/4 on no volume then rides back up on better volume. A good sign even with the low volume
