The news that HGRM was awarded a contract to supply holograms to the Russia Government #601 Tax Stamp Program was made in February. Aside from the announcement of the agreement to develop the Lipmann technology, there has been no other information revealed to effect the value of HGRM stock, which is precisely $3.375, should anyone want any. RB
