I think it is free.... diamond@neocom.ca try that and see if it works! Request the letter. They have put a strong buy on NPEC with short term target of $1 and longer term of $10. Now others that I have listened to like Don Wolenchuk... a successful market timer likes NPEC at $15 long term.. so who knows, But it is getting attention of big bucks and is suppose to start flying on Thurday when LFOC goes public. There will be announcements after that I'm sure... Lance Sims
