Please clarify for me--"the license in not for Chinese." Do you mean the Tegic licenses to the before mentioned international phone and communications companies is for application completely different from ZICA OR one license of Tegic is not for Chinese and Tegic is licensing to other telcos for Chinese in competition with ZICA?
