** Semi Equips ** The $14 to $15 dollar Club.

Justa Werkenstiff initiates coverage of SVGI, SFAM and UTEK with a "strong buy." These stocks are all priced in the $14 to $15 range. The Stiff sees these stocks trading from 20% to 50% higher over the next 45 days as the semi equip cycle is perceived to have broadened. The Stiff sees these stocks beginning their rally any day now but before the end of the month. There is, of course, no guarantee along with this recommendation.
