Elroy: I see where you are coming from-speed for you is perhaps irrelevant. Most of us have experienced total WebBroker breakdown; slow connection speeds just when we are trying to react to a rapidly evolving market situation; things like that.
The occasional user, especially one who enters orders of an evening for next day execution, are probably unaffected.
