What a LOVELY company. They take an order for a product, charge your credit card, then say they can't deliver it. You can't then cancel the order already placed on the credit card unless you find your way to someone on the phone "in corporate" who at least claims that a credit will be issued, "maybe this month". Try to buy SnagIt and download it right now. Like I said, this company is a COMPLETE joke.

AND they now have my credit card number! Better cancel that card.
