w.,

Thank you for your clarification. Am I right to assume that the pdQ has two processors and 2 OS; one for cellular functions - such as VxWorks and one for the computer, the Palm OS? What I'm trying to figure out is whether or not Qualcomm's Win CE smart phone - when they design it - will try to use Win CE in both processors for both sets of junctions.

MSFT has been getting very agressive in positioning Win CE as a complete RTOS, capable of use even in cellphones. My understanding is that CDMA requires very exact timing and only a very robust, "hard" RTOS could be used.

Thanks again,

Wysiwyg
