When did this "sponsored by Datek" logo start showing up?

Those of us who ponied up their bucks to join SI expected a commercial free site. We expect advertising as the price to pay for participating on Yahoo, RagingBull, MotleyFool, and all those other sites. But SI is more like Public TV -- we paid for it outside of advertising.

P.S. Datek seems to be violating the Terms of Use not only by spamming (everybody!), but by posting many more than 20 messages every 6 hours. Terminate those guys!!!
