Well, would you expect Paul Henry to say "Things are terrible, the company never delivers on its promises, the MusicCard is one of the worst ideas I ever heard, we take 4 weeks to deliver the CDs, and we'll be out of business before the end of the year"?

Of course, isn't that what FORMER longs (and possibly a former employee) are NOW saying about TSIG?
