Thanks for the post. With Cramer so much in "the know", I find it very interesting that he never wrote about this IPO price-fixing practice before. If he's so hell-bent on educating his readers, you would think he would have warned people about this.

One can only speculate as to why he chose not to discuss it... (Grin bigger than Texas rolls across Adam's face)
