they could be trying to accumulate and get you to sell yours on a panic; they don't want to sell unless you pay big, but will buy yours for little. I am not even looking at this part of my holding right now; will have to wait to read the SEC filing when it is available; these little fluctuations are not a result of what management is doing; when we get a better picture of this new guy they hired and what their associations are and to what degree, then we can make a better determination of what to do - stay or go. Just my opinion and I am sure that spread means something else but I figure if I am wrong, someone will correct me. Thanks, Jacalyn
