Hello Rob Taylor,

This is based on Technical, Fundamental, and Momentum in this sector. Technically stochastic has just triggered a BUY SIGNAL. We are looking good. Fundamentally, Microsoft Investment and 900 MHZ Bands available. And now that we basically know what will happen with the Fed, I think the markets trust Mr. Greenspan, and we are going to see a summer rally. He is doing a wonderful job, he actually managed to make the Stock and Bond Markets Happy. We will probably be hearing of buyout or merger soon. Good Luck To All LONGS!!!
