The color turns me off but all of SI needs some new colors, just re-do the whole thing

NO! Almost every site that tries to "improve" itself with new graphics, colors, etc. winds up being slower to load and harder to read. (CNN Quick news is the latest in a long line.)

SI works. It looks fine. It loads quickly. It does NOT need a facelift that will just make it slower and less attractive.

When things work, leave them alone!
