To The Board!!!!

I just spoke G.S and inquired about some of the concerns mentioned on this board today:

1. The 10K looked pretty ugly. He explained that this 10K is for year-end Feb.1999. It represents the financial situation of
the company last year. That is before they launched the TrackPower system and the stock was at 10 cents. This is a
more mature and stable organization today. They didn't have EchoStar at that point or Penn National or Santa
Anita. We must look at what has been accomplished since then and where this is going in the future. We shouldn't
judge the financial performance of the company until at least fall 99.

2. I aske about the Kyle Bill and its affects on the company. He explained that this Bill is supported by the company
and by UBET. The bill has specific exemptions for horse racing and more clearly outlines the regulatory landscape for
interactive wagering. He said the company will be compliant with the Kyle Bill and all other regulatory bodies. This bill
outlaws the other sports and gives horse racing a monopoly on in-home interactive wagering. That's great for the
company. No competition from casinos in the home.

3. The company says the recent fluctuation in share price do not represent any negative news coming or issues
surrounding the viability of the company. Expect very positive news before end of next week!
