Looks like you beat me to the punch!! ;) I was also going to point out that scam biotechs tend to make big deals about patents and patent "allowances". Usually the patent portfolios are extremely small and of questionable value. If you want to see a prefect example of how worthless patents are used to hype a stock, see Zonagen.
