this stock at $30 would have a market cap of way over 10 billion if indeed they have 360 million shares outstanding. In my opinion, the stock won't move much, the valuation is way over excessive

Any reasons why 'over $10 billion' is excessive, or did you decide this arbitrarily? What valuation seems appropriate to you? What do you mean "if indeed they have 360 million shares outstanding"?!!

Forget it, you haven't even read the prospectus, have you?
