No offense but when I go long in a stock and accumulate for the long haul ... I am very very diligent. I read all the filings and talk to the companies and I even go whenever I can to see the operation. Now I do not know everything but the stock structure in a stock I typically do know if I am going long. Most I just want to know the float ... This way I know what the trading should be. Today for example ... it went down on sells and came right back on any buying. They do not have stock and they can;t get a panic sell off. I and others that have sdone the DD know what we have and take advantage fo a dip. I missed the 2.43 today dang it. Tcked up before I filled. :-) GB
