"why dont you reduce your analysis to any new event about FCM and then you will find that people would be more civil." I personally want to know and have a right to know about the alleged lawsuit. It does and will have an affect on FCM if it has to do with USAT, lawyers, etc. It also is a new event! Who are the "john does"? FCM has no problem to threaten online posters in a message to shareholders, why not about an actual proposed lawsuit against former employees, if this is true. Mike
