No, I don't think I missed your point at all. You are treating the stock market from the point of view of a transcendental philosophy and forgetting that the grounds of the stock market is the material substance of the universe. The stock market is not a figment of the imagination. If you wish to renounce the material universe, that is fine, but you must renounce the stock market as well.
