S3 has $128M cash, or $2.50/sh according to Yahoo! profile. They also are bleeding red ink much worse than ALSC. The UMC & BRCM deals should catch ALSC up. ALSC book value is higher than S3, while S3 sales are double ALSC. This is no longer a $200M company, it's approaching $1B! The Reddy's invested wisely. We ALL benefit!
