A year or so back I guy I know was invited by the government of Bhutan to explore rivers there for commercial potential. I saw some of the pictures they took. It is really unbelievably beautiful country; lower than Nepal but lusher; heavy forest everywhere, with ancient villages, Buddhist temples, very remote, very much untouched. And the rivers... One more place I'll have to get to someday.
