3) He indicated that he had established several relationships (I assume with investment firms) since coming on board and expects those efforts will bear fruit in the next four weeks.

Had there been a single buyer (for the increase above 50,000 shares a day), I would have expected a 13D or G to have been filed earlier this week. (Accepting the 10 day filing requirement as fact) I haven't seen one yet.

If 2 to 4 institutional buyers, I'd still expect to see the forms on Edgar before the middle of next week. If more buyers than that, our new CFO has been very successful in attracting attention indeed. :-)
