Now that we have a nice lavender, periwinkle, plum, purple, pastel shade to keep us company, we'd better find more appropriate totems. I would like to nominate a straw hat, in keeping with the summery-type ethereal look. You gentlemen could keep the little green house, for color contrast; this could be upgraded to a red hotel in recognition of a signal accomplishment: Jed's winning the presidential election, a significant grub, or the like. Joana's shamrock could be darkened slightly, to create greater contrast with the new shade. In autumn and winter, new, more appropriate shades could be introduced. |
