Brumell, I am not sure, I think for starters, it would be nice to know who Mr. 2973090 is. On the other hand, a company to raise this issue must be really quite sure about their legal position, otherwise it could backfire royaly. If they have substance, it should be over soon. I am not sure how this affects Dumont, except that if they are fighting for a piece of barren land, it must be worth something . Perhaps the properties were sold from the same prospector and there is potentially a legal issue on what Dumont thinks they actually have, I am not sure on this. Stay in touch. NWI still looking in the dumps, I will keep my dry powder just in case. TC
