I know approximately who 2973090 Canada Inc. is from other property sales but don't know if they are the vendor to Dumont.

However, I don't think NVE are claiming ground held by Dumont. If so, their NR is evasive. To claim Dumont's ground, they would have to specify it and demand that any prior sale, option, or contract be set aside. As there is now a Limited Partnership with Hunter Dickinson, they too would be named.

Looks to me like they are claiming the ground adjacent to Dumont's ground which would be prime for typical NVE market hype should Dumont's efforts be successful. Looks like a shot only against 2973090 Canada Inc. at this point. As they aren't named, don't know if Dumont will issue a clarification. As 2973090 Canada Inc. is probably private, they don't need to say or do anything.

Suspect we'll hear more in the morning, TC. Should be interesting. However, gotta say it. If this provokes selling, based on this NR I'll treat it as a buying opportunity.
